Frequently Asked Questions
What is the return policy for damaged or defective items?
Most damaged or defective items can be returned for an exact replacement if a claim is made within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be accepted for returns.
What are the requirements for a successful return?
Items must be in new and unused condition, returned with all original packaging and accessories, and shipped back fully insured using a trackable shipping method. Returns must also include a return authorization number provided by Sundial Home.
Are there any fees associated with returns?
Yes, a return shipping fee of $1.75 per pound and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund under certain conditions, such as unauthorized delivery refusals or items that do not fit through the door.
Which items are not eligible for returns?
Items marked "Final Sale" or "Special Order" are not eligible for returns. Additionally, items that have been assembled are also ineligible unless a written exception is provided by Sundial Home.
How often should I replace the water in my vase to keep flowers fresh?
Change the water every 2-3 days to prevent bacteria growth and keep your flowers fresh longer. Clean the vase before refilling.
How do I choose the right size vase for my bouquet?
The vase height should be at least half the height of the flowers. For fuller bouquets, choose a vase with a wider opening.
Can different materials of vases affect flower longevity?
Yes, porous materials like unglazed clay can allow bacteria to build up more easily. Glass or glazed ceramic vases are better for keeping water clean and extending flower life.
Is there a rule of thumb for matching vase styles with home decor?
Choose a vase that complements your home's style. For minimalist spaces, opt for simple designs. Ornate vases work well in more traditional or eclectic decors.
How can I create a dynamic still life arrangement at home?
Start with objects of different shapes, sizes, and textures, using odd numbers for a natural look. Overlapping elements and layers create depth and balance.
What items are suitable for styling on a coffee table?
A coffee table can be styled with a mix of angular, round, and organic-shaped items such as books, vases, or decorative bowls. Include a variety of materials like glass, wood, and metal to add texture and interest.
